Drew Collins & Kevin McIntyre
Drew Collins and Kevin McIntyre met on a film set and immediately recognized a rare creative chemistry—one that sharpens ideas and elevates execution. Since then, they’ve collaborated on projects at the intersection of design, story, and community.
Drew Collins is a Columbus-based creative director and founder of Bond Creative + Branding. With over 20 years in the industry, Drew’s upbringing in a household that promotes civil rights informs his belief in the power of story to spark cultural connection. Through Bond, he continues to champion young Black creatives and support organizations that work toward equity in the creative field.
Kevin McIntyre calls himself a creative career. He is the founder of GHØST LABEL and producer at SAZERAC. With an MFA in screenwriting and a background in marketing, Kevin’s creative work spans brand storytelling, commercials, and visual poems. He was inspired to use his video skills to spread untold stories after a conversation with friend and community leader Earnest Levert Jr., who urged him to be a link in the chain.
After a quick text in the summer of 2020, they launched Walk With Me. It started simply: a camera, a chair, and an open invitation to talk. The result was a series of unfiltered, resonant conversations. The series sought to document real experiences—candid, sometimes difficult stories—shared freely and authentically.
Our featured piece, THE TALK, rose naturally—a phrase echoed by multiple Black men, each describing the same life lesson passed down for survival. It’s not a script. It’s not a concept. It’s lived knowledge. And its repetition across interviews revealed just how deeply it shapes identity and experience.
Tapestry of Voices is about collective memory and expression. THE TALK is one of those threads—recurring, resilient, and profoundly human. We didn’t create the message. We created the space for it to be heard.
